K. Ann Brizolis of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty Sets Price Record with Sale of Paint Mountain Estate


Just one day prior to the scheduled auction of one of San Diego’s County’s most unique properties, K. Ann Brizolis & Associates of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty was able to secure a buyer for the multimillion dollar property, resulting in a record setting sale. The stunning property, which is perched atop Paint Mountain just east of Rancho Santa Fe in the community of Elfin Forest, was purchased for five million dollars. Both the seller and buyer were represented by Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in the transaction, which was the culmination of years of hard work and extensive marketing by K. Ann Brizolis and her team.
