Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty Participates in Luxury Real Estate Conference


Members of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty recently had the opportunity to participate in the 2015 Sotheby’s International Realty® Leadership Forum, which brought together over 400 network members worldwide.

This dynamic, two-day event, which was held at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, provided a unique opportunity for Sotheby’s International Realty brokers, owners and managers to network and share best practices. “The Leadership Forum provides us with a valuable opportunity to network and learn from some of the world’s top professionals in our industry,” said Brian Arrington, CEO, Pacific Sotheby’s Realty. “We always come back with valuable information and ideas that benefit our company and our agents.”

Attending with Brian Arrington were Pacific Sotheby’s Realty’s Chairman of the Board, Steve Games; President, Nyda Jones Church, COO, Chris Crocker and Rancho Santa Fe real estate agent K. Ann Brizolis.

Steve Games, Chairman of the Board for Pacific Sotheby’s Realty delivered a  high-energy presentation on the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. In true Steve Games fashion, he brought attendees to their feet to acknowledge their appreciation for the powerful and motivating presentation.

K. Ann Brizolis was also invited by Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, to join a panel during the event. “This was a great opportunity to share our sales and marketing strategies, success stories and experiences with industry leaders from across the country and the world,” said Brizolis.


Members from the Sotheby’s International Real Estate team provided attendees updates on global expansion, business strategies and exclusive marketing and media partneships that will be introduced in 2016. “The Leadership Forum brings together our network members from all over the world with the common goal of sharing their unique experiences and market insights,” said Philip White, president and chief executive officer, Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “This year’s conference provided attendees with an overview of the brand’s strategic vision and priorities for the future. They heard about our exciting and innovative plans on the marketing front and how to leverage our unique relationship with the Sotheby’s Auction House.”
