Headed by Equestrian Real Estate expert Roblee Valentine, the division will focus on the representation of Equestrian Properties, Horse Properties, Commercial Ranches and Farms, and Luxury Estates. Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s Equestrian Division will provide its clients with the professional and experienced direction and specialized marketing strategies needed to effectively represent Equestrian and Ranch properties.

Roblee Valentine brings over 25 years of real estate experience and a true passion for the Equestrian lifestyle to her new role as Executive Director of Pacific Sotheby’s Realty’s Equestrian Division. She has a solid reputation as a well-respected leader and expert in her industry and has represented numerous clients in the successful sale of equestrian and ranch properties as well as luxury estates. Prior to joining Pacific Sotheby’s Realty, Valentine was the Founder and CEO of The Ranch EQ, a top-ranked real estate firm specializing in Equestrian Real Estate throughout Southern California, the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe and Greater San Diego.

In 2014, Valentine created the Equestrian Almanac, bi-annual Equestrian lifestyle publication that has grown to be one of the industry’s most valued resources, offering coverage of all aspects of equestrian life in Southern California. Additionally, her Equestrian column Horsing Around is featured in Ranch and Coast Magazine, Pacific Coast Journal, Horseman’s News, West Coast Horsemen, and California Riding Magazine. She served as Chairperson for Teens, Dreams and Jeans Team Penning Event, which raises funds to support the San Pasqual Academy and looks forward to serving the Rancho Santa Fe Trail Committee in 2017.
