John Cain, Broker Associate with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty was invited to speak at The International Executive Council’s (IEC) IMPACT Conference held in Holland. The conference, comprised of over 50 business leaders from all over the globe, brought together innovative ideas and strategies in global business and marketing. During his presentation, Cain discussed the importance of digital technology and video in real estate marketing.

According to Cain, “The conference was a fantastic forum to discuss and learn new developments in business, marketing, and technology from a highly diverse group of business leaders representing different industry sectors across the globe.”


The trip also gave Cain the opportunity to network with several Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates in Europe and promote the unique benefits of real estate and lifestyle in the Southern California market. “We do numerous transactions every year with out of state and overseas clients,” says Cain. “By visiting our Amsterdam and Paris offices and showcasing our marketing materials there, we are able to leverage our brand and broaden our reach for our high-end listings, connecting with the international buyer pool who represent a large number of our overseas buyers throughout coastal Orange County.”
