While real estate agent extraordinaire Deniese Ossey has been honored with many prestigious awards during her 20-year career, we at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty are pleased to acknowledge her continued commitment to our company’s charitable program, Agents of Change. Donating a portion of each of her transactions, Ossey has raised $3,900 in the last fifteen months, making a significant difference in our quest to build homes across the border for those in need
Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, in conjunction with World Housing and New Story Charity, are dedicated to constructing houses in the Salvatierra community in West Tijuana for some of the area’s poorest residents.
“As a real estate agent, we make a difference in people’s lives every day as it is,” says Ossey. “To be able to help those who never thought they would have a permanent shelter and a place to call home is amazing.”
A lifelong resident of San Diego County, Ossey is well respected in the real estate industry for her unwavering dedication and total commitment to her clients, which has resulted in a 90 percent referral rate for new clients. As a result, it’s no surprise to us at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty that she was nominated as one of “San Diego’s Best Real Estate Agents” in the annual San Diego Union/Tribune Readers Poll. Yet for Ossey, who works out of our Inland office in Rancho Bernardo, it was a total shock when she learned the news. “I didn’t even know I was nominated, much less making the finals!” she said. “It truly is an honor to be included in such an amazing circle.”
Since joining Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Deniese Ossey has seen her business improve dramatically. She is quick to point out that working with an elite group of agents who are not only knowledgeable and professional but who selflessly collaborate and work together has made her pleased to be a part of the Pacific Sotheby’s Realty family.
“I value the management and leadership as I feel I can be a better agent, doing my job to get more homes sold, because of the support they provide. From the office manager who is always offering help, to our OA, the relocation department and upper management, the assistance has been amazing,” adds Ossey.
