With summer underway, the La Valencia is introducing its “Summer Nights” where guests can enjoy different themed menu combinations every week throughout the summer. The new Executive Chef, Alex Emery has announced the following menu to be celebrated through August.
- Monday – Paella Night – Spain meets La Jolla
- Tuesday – Baja Night – New rendition of local cuisine
- Wednesday – Schucks and Champs ( $1, $2 and $3 dollar oysters with champagne)
- Thursday: Throwback to the Supper Club, a three course meal with classic drinks.
This popular evening series at La Valencia is a sought after event for not only guests at the hotel, but for anyone who appreciates the hotels stunning ocean views and vintage coastal luxury. The spa will feature six treatment rooms as well as additional space on the upper deck for massages. A drink and food menu will also be featured.
