Cassandra Altmann and Luisa Ayala Join Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty with a Vision for Community Growth in Barrio Logan
The Sotheby’s International Realty brand is known across the globe as a leader in the luxury real estate industry, however, the REALTORS® at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty understand that luxury means much more than just the price of a home. As a company, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty’s vision is to provide their clients with luxury representation and service, at every price point, in every stage of life, and in every area in the market.
REALTORS® Cassandra Altmann and Luisa Ayala share this vision and it is one of the main reasons they chose to align their business with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Altmann and Ayala are on a mission to bring the same type of luxury representation seen in San Diego’s most exclusive areas, to the diverse and up-and-coming neighborhoods of San Diego traditionally overlooked by San Diego’s luxury real estate firms. In order to be successful, Altmann and Ayala knew they needed to align with a luxury real estate company that understood the opportunities for homeownership provided in all areas of the San Diego market. “We chose Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty because they understand that San Diego is diverse,” says Altmann. “Our communities host such a wide spectrum of lifestyles and we want to work with a brokerage that celebrates this diversity and can provide us with the tools and support to make a difference in our clients’ lives and the communities in which they live.
One such community in San Diego, and the focus of Altmann and Ayala’s business, is Barrio Logan. Barrio Logan is a strong community filled with everything that makes San Diego one of America’s greatest cities. For years, this neighborhood has been an epicenter of the city’s Mexican-American culture and more recently it has become a hotspot for dining, cutting-edge art and authentic local culture. There are several grassroots organizations in the community that connect residents with local resources, schedule community events, and encourage arts, culture and business. Homes in the area offer beautiful downtown views and a simple, but vibrant lifestyle that gives residents an opportunity to be part of a community.
Altmann and Ayala both have strong personal ties to the communities they represent and understand the tremendous responsibility to help preserve the authenticity of their neighborhoods. Altmann is a resident of Stockton, an up-and-coming neighborhood bordering Logan Heights and Grant Hill, and she is active in several philanthropic organizations that serve her community. Ayala’s husband is part of four generations of family that call Barrio Logan home. From a grandfather to a nephew and almost everyone in between, there remains a deep connection and dedication to the community. Ayala is also a former military spouse who understands the needs of the military population that neighbors Barrio Logan.
“Cassandra and Luisa are truly invested in supporting homeownership in San Diego’s diverse and up-and-coming neighborhoods, ensuring that every client receives extraordinary service and the benefits afforded by Pacific Sotheby’s Realty’s extensive marketing programs,” says Steve Games, CEO, Pacific Sotheby’s Realty. “They truly understand our company’s vision and we are excited to provide them with the resources they need to grow their business.
