Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that the company is the Title Sponsor for the 2017 Open House San Diego event (OH! San Diego.) Presented by the San Diego Architectural Foundation, OH! San Diego provides free behind-the-scenes access to over 40 of San Diego’s iconic buildings throughout Downtown, Bankers Hill and Barrio Logan.Â
According to Maxine Ward, Director of San Diego Architectural Foundation (SDAF) this year’s event will attract record participation and feature architecture and design studios, museums, schools, hotels, highÂ-rises, and many SDAF Orchid award winners. Many of which boast innovative use of materials, repurposing of space, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
The event will bring design aficionados from Southern California and nearby Mexico a rare — and free — opportunity for behind-the-scenes access to the city’s most iconic buildings and sites. “San Diego was chosen, along with New York and Chicago, to be one of the three official U.S. Open House Worldwide Cities and this an excellent opportunity to showcase the diverse commercial architecture our city affords,â€says Brian Arrington, CEO, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty.
