Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, San Diego’s fastest growing residential real estate brokerage*, announced real estate industry veteran Chris Crocker is joining as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer.
Crocker brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and will be responsible for driving further company expansion and enhancing the online media strategy. Crocker previously worked for Zillow, the nation’s leading real estate website. “In the face of our amazing growth we needed to augment our leadership capacity,” says Steve Games, Chairman of the Board, Pacific Sotheby’s Realty. Nyda Jones-Church, one of the owners of the company, and the former COO, has advanced to the role of President.
Crocker’s arrival at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty comes at a time when the real estate industry continues to evolve in a digital direction. With the hiring of Crocker, the company looks to dramatically expand its competitive edge in this arena.

At Zillow, Crocker oversaw national broker advertising and strategic partnerships. Prior to Zillow, Crocker served as a Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage overseeing operations and marketing for the South-Western U.S. region.

A Southern California native, Crocker is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Program.
