Pepper Coffey, who heads the Relocation Division of Pacific Sotheby’s Realty, is one of two members of the Sotheby’s International Realty network to earn this designation in 2014.
The Worldwide ERC®, the Workforce Mobility Association, introduced the CRP® program in 1990 to formally recognize relocation professionals’ knowledge of the U.S. domestic workforce mobility process. The designation is awarded to select members after they pass a comprehensive examination covering the many disciplines that U.S. domestic employee mobility entails, including corporate policies and programs, real estate, as well as transferee counseling and other services.
“Successfully completing the CRP® exam is a rigorous endeavor,†says Steven M. John CRP, GMS, of RELO Direct, Inc., CRP® Certification Review Board Chairman. “It demonstrates not only a solid command of very complex subject matter, but dedication to one’s professional development and the employee mobility industry overall.â€
