Sotheby’s International Realty® recently held their 2013 Global Networking Event in Los Angeles, California. The event which took place June 2-5th ath the L.A. Live complex included amazing keynote speakers including Erik Wahl, internationally recognized graffiti artist and author of Untink; Joe Calloway, bestselling author of Becoming A Category of One; and Stefan Swanepoel, the leading expert on international real estate trends.
More than 1400 brokers from 120 offices and 26 countries representing markets from the U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Moscow were in attendance.

In addition to Pacific Sotheby’s Realty’s executives Chairman of the Board, Steve Games and CEO, Brian Arrington, Pacific Sotheby’s Realty was well represented by the 44 managers and agents who were all eager to connect with the world’s top real estate professionals and executives to promote the San Diego market. “This is a great opportunity for our agents to connect with their counterparts around the world, exchange ideas and forge new relationships,” says Pacific Sotheby’s Realty CEO Brian Arrington.

The event speakers included Philip White, CEO Sotheby’s International Realty® who provided compelling insights to the future of the brand, Wendy Purvey, Chief Marketing Officer, Sotheby’s International Realty® gave an extremely engaging presentation about the new “Anthology Live” marketing program. Henry Howard Sneyd, Executive Vice President, North America,Sotheby’s and Amy Todd Middleton, Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Marketing,Sotheby’s spoke about the relationship with and future of the Sotheby’s Auction House. Richard A. Smith, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, Realogy Alex Perriello, President and Chief Executive Officer, Realogy; provided an informative overview on the current state of the Sotheby’s International Realty network, the Realogy brands and direction for the future.
Those in attendance were able to take part in several breakout and networking sessions held by Sotheby’s International Realty executives and brokers from offices around the world.
